FOLKART LIFE

Due to its location, Folkart Life Bornova is located in a region in Izmir where prestige and dynamism meet.
Environmental data was used as primary design input in the project. An orientation was designed that takes into account the prevailing wind direction and solar movements. A land layout scheme was created to enable residences to make the most of the view. It was aimed to give different views to the city with wide terraces.
