The building, designed to fit around the edges of the land, contains different housing types and commercial areas. The landscaping area left in the middle part of the project has been enriched with the social areas around the pool, transforming the housing project into a living project. The floor limitation and high precedent given in urban planning required sensitivity to user requirements, green and reinforced concrete ratio in the project.
