Coordinat In our Bornova project, the needs of our young and dynamic user base have been taken into consideration. In this context, classical approaches were reconsidered and not just a residence but a life was designed for them. A 'house' for students, with hotel concept, By creating an intermediate model between a hotel and a home, user requests were considered as the main input in the design. A landscape area was created in the middle and the area was nourished with various social facilities. It is predicted that users will spend more time in this area.
