Residence concept; In general terms, it can be summarized as the discourse of providing hotel comfort in residences. For this reason, by focusing on the concept of residence in our Borncity project, the program has been reconsidered and a real solution that combines hotel and residence in the area where residential function is expected. A residence solution was adopted. In the settlement, an L-shaped mass was designed as a return of the land and the short arm of the L mass was programmed to be a hotel and the long arm to be a residence.
