FLEX STUDIO 

For the building located on the developing Northern axis of Izmir, Katip Çelebi University, located on the adjacent parcel, was the most important factor affecting the design. We were asked to design a residence in Çiğli for students, who are our user profile. Considering the needs of our young and dynamic user base, we reconsidered the program and designed not just a residence but a life for them. By solving the duplex flats on the last two floors, each with its own terrace, alternative plan types were created and the project was enriched. A dynamic façade design was adopted.
